At Thrive ADUs LLC, our mission is to create beautiful, efficient, and sustainable living spaces that meet the evolving needs of our community. With a deep passion for simple living and sustainable building practices, we specialize in crafting accessory dwelling units (ADUs) that enhance affordability, promote multi-generational living, and provide rental opportunities that benefit both owners and tenants.
We believe ADUs are more than just structures—they’re solutions. They address the housing shortage in an affordable, sustainable way while inspiring simple, intentional living. Meet The Team
Dillon Badger
Dillon, a licensed real estate agent, brings experience in property values, rental demand, and client-focused project management. He began investing in and renovating homes in the Monadnock Region in 2019, developing a deep understanding of the local market and the potential of ADUs to enhance property value and generate income.
Holding a bachelor's degree in Environmental and Resource Economics, Dillon's background reflects a strong commitment to sustainable practices and thoughtful resource management. With over a decade of experience in client management, he combines expertise in real estate, renovation, and project delivery to ensure every ADU meets your goals and financial expectations.
Evan Laurie
With nearly 30 years of construction experience, Evan Laurie blends craftsmanship and artistry in every project. After studying fine arts in Greece and wooden boat building in Maine, he began his career under a renowned New England timber framer who helped revive the timber frame movement in the 1980s.
His experience spans restoring antique homes and barns, building the first permitted load-bearing straw bale home in Sonoma County, and contributing to projects with one of the Monadnock Region’s most respected timber frame companies. Evan specializes in sustainable, high-quality structures, ensuring each ADU is both functional and beautifully designed.
